SKINS!
Sunday afternoon was even more glorious than usual with the return of football and awesome performances turned in by Clinton Portis and one Antwan Randel El. What a game! Down to the wire, then overtime, then Gibbs elects to kick a fieldgoal on first down! All resulting in a most excellent Redskins win. Sure there are some kinks - like Jason Campbell’s two int’s and Santana Moss dropping passes all over the field. BUT, the Skins are back - I don’t care if ESPN doesn’t want to report on them or if they only get a quick nod from the rest of the football world, come January the Skins will be in the playoffs surprising everyone.
I was listening to a radio show after the game and a caller said this: “I just wanted to shout to the North and the South to the East and the West and to every little boy and little girl - Hail to the Redskins, hail to the Redskins, hail to the Redskins!” I got goosebumps and butterflies. yes Washington, football is back in DC!!!!!!!! Enjoy the images of VICTORY!!!!!
o how it is glourious dude miami was ranked 4th against the running game last year and they only got like 40 something yards and we got like 125 and portis got like 80 of those yeards wat a beast
sry i got something wrong just checked something on redskins.com the miami running game was limited to under 50 yeards there stopping the running game for defense was ranked 4th and betts got 47 and for the the first time running in 10 months portis got 98 yards wat now ppl u konw wat i don’t wanna hear all this crap that it was luck this is style ppl style are running and defense game is down
dude one more thing he had 17 carris for a 5.8 yard average with a touchdown the portis is back just thought everyone hsould know hahaha sry for all the comments
